Our terms and conditions are based on the provision of the following services to our clients.

For an annual fee we promote the business services of a single organisation. We do this via our website www.eleaflet.co.uk.

We produce a ‘business showcase’ which is published in the form of searchable web data, RSS feeds and other media. Our aim is to enable information regarding our clients’ services to be found via traditional web searches undertaken using popular search engines.

On payment of an annual fee, we provide our clients with a secure ‘client dashboard’. The dashboard provides a range of options which includes a facility for clients to complete a business information section. This information forms the basis of the ‘business showcase’ which we produce.

Business showcases will also include links to business leaflets (in electronic format), client websites (if they exist), and general contact details.

Should annual renewal of our fees be declined, we reserve the right to remove either:

• the whole business showcase

OR

• the contact element of the showcase

Our overall aim is to help businesses to promote their services. To this end, the client dashboard will show additional (optional) services which can help businesses to improve or extend their overall marketing and branding.
